I read "Ask Rochelle" in Sedona and the Free Spirit Centre with great interest each month, and I'm wondering if you might be able to help me with a long-standing problem. I am plagued with a physical difficulty that seems to masquerade as a low-functioning thyroid.  It's been going on for at least 12 years, and even though my blood work has always been normal for thyroid, I am finally taking supplemental hormones and they help a little.  My doctor and I have also tried antidepressants, other hormones and supplements, and I have had more bodywork, talk therapy and alternative therapies than I can even recall.  These other things tend to help for periods of up to a few months with sometimes outstanding  results, then the multitude of hypothyroid symptoms creep in again.  When things are at their worst, I find it very hard to do things like work and socialize, I become painfully self-conscious and almost reclusive. I have a baby now and I'm terrified that this ailment will just suck all the hope and life out of me and there won't be anything left for my family. I'd so appreciate your insight, if you should have time and some room in one of your columns. Katie

Sorry for the delay.  My work is getting very hectic.  Let's see what the guides say:  "You are incorrect in one way.  You can overcome this illness (feels generational) Now is the time you need to focus on negative energies (feels like from mother, getting a vision of finger pointing and yelling, critically) that work is needed from you to focus on the next level of vibration you want in your life (the guides are very emphatic and loud).  What this means is now is the time to give up doubt that some how you are responsible for the (feels like efforts focused on  thyroid energy) to contain past life energies by  dispensing with the energies located in the thyroid by pursuing medical treatment (getting hormonal energy and naturopath energy).  In other words we are not stating here that it is time for you to give up these treatments, but we are stating it is time to give up the focused outcome of these treatments as the total conclusion of what you can rely upon for change and healing.  We suggest a regression (feels like past life) to determine causation of the Recurrent energies within the thyroid."  Blessings, Rochelle

Hi Rochelle,
I know I am having a hard time with energy drain and I believe it is coming from people that I associate with.  I was wondering what I could do to make it a little better on myself to get through the day.  It has been very hard lately as I feel people’s negativity is mostly affecting me, my husband and my children too.  Any suggestions?

This is what the guides say: You are correct to notice your energy movements and no longer want to become victimized or disappear from the energy now of empowerment you must have.  (In other words, pay attention to when you feel victimized or when you don't feel your own energy in these situations of negative energy.  Empower yourself by bringing in your energy in total and saying what comes naturally) Now in this regard we will speak.  Begin to understand your power in unity within your being of positive energy and strength.  These energies must now move forward hand and hand, in other words Carol, now is the time to assert your strength.  Tell your being not to become involved in the negative energy.  Allow your being to stand strong.  This for you will take practice.  Begin to practice each day.  That is the correct attitude (one of practice).  Blessings to you Carol, and Love, Rochelle treat yourself special today!!!!!

My question is:

Several times I have had a vision of two children. They have blonde hair, light skin, and light eyes. The older child is a boy about 6-7 years old and the younger is a girl 2-3 years old. I am single and 48 years old. Can you give me some information about the two beautiful beings?

Thank you for your question, it is good to hear from you.

My guide’s state:

They are the star children that come through (feels like from Pleiades’) or around that particular star system that come through to help you heal (feels like emotionally) They bring to you the energy of comfort and ease (also feels like patience) and attach to you the remembrance of childhood ease and comfort that can be obtained through their connection with you (another energetic vibration that is not present from your childhood in order for you to heal).  Abandonment (is the energy) is not present within these children's eyes (or energetic field) and they come to show you through their view the childhood of each one, comfort and peace.  (Getting the energy of fragility) is not part of their vulnerability.  In other words they are emotionally strong and offer you protection within their emotional strength.  In short, they lend you their energy (very emphatic here they shouted this last sentence) so that you are guided into knowing more energetically then could possibly be presented from the energies presented to you from this lifetime.  Blessings to you
