You have used Ask Rochelle as a way of communicating with my spirit guides/angels just priot to a 1 hr reading I had on Nov 3, 2005.  

I  would like to have a question answered again to help me determine or clarify what I should do about my inability to sleep good at night,  who I should see for help etc.

Thank you again Diane.   Here is your answer: Your inability to sleep is caused by conflictual emotions that now must be addressed.  There is an inability to look beyond the future  you want to have created for yourself and you now must give your self permission to have financial freedom.  In other words, you block your dream by  stating "I cannot do" feels like (lack of time, travel, etc) In this regard we will speak. (feels like program, writing, teaching and children involved education  and health)

You are correct in financial gain as well as promotion in job.   However, your soul is now yearning for more financial gain and freedom (espcially in  terms of regulating own time) this is causing a conflict (emotionally) in which  you are blocking (feels like life force energy) into moving into more expansive career. You are correct in career path, but this is not the only way (or  avenue) you can choose.  There is actually more here and now is the time to use  your skills in what you have gained to move forward (in independent way) without  ties to any corporate structure)   You soul is yearning to know more in regards to independence and emotionally you are stating (I am happy with less) as a response to soul.  (this is all unconscious and not consciously  recognized) so that this imbalance between your unconscious soul desires and your conscious response (which states I am happy I am satisfied) is causing a certain imbalance or gap which is filled with angst.  Now this angst must now  be addressed for resolvment"

LOL, This was funny,I am sitting here and listening to you and Mary  on the BUFO radio. Decided to look at my mail when i was listening and there you are too, in my  mail box..lol. I am so amazed what you are abel to do..wow ...
OK here is my Q to you. Where do I stand when it come to my spiritual life. A lot of  cleansing has been going on since I started my spiritual journey i 1991 and I have had a lot of dreams about UFO through the years after that.But have been in  to healing the last years ( that's learning about that). But this fall and still going on I have been drawn back to the UFO stuff. So I am wondering  where do I stay and where do i go wit all this ?

It is good to hear from you, thank you for listening to me!  I  appreciate your connection.  This is what my guides are stating:  You are correct in  your assumption that you have outer spatial connections with relatives in another planetary system (sounds like aestrigis) that maintain contact with you  for education.  In other words they give you information about spatial evolvement of your sensory system from 3 to 7th dimensional systems.  You are  being ascended by them which also has meant that you have had a break from the ascension process to rebalance (and it also feels like sacrifice  energies that no longer served your purpose) so that now you are being accelerated into higher levels of awareness.  You move forward into channeling/writing very soon (feels like Sedona Journal of Emergence).  Beware of any beings who suggest that you are not special in your ability.  In other words, those that may  wish or want to descredit your ability to channel in information from star sisters and brothers." Please thank Randy for me.  He is a wonderful person.  "Abby is  uncertain about many things in her life at current time (getting a lot of ambivalence energy) In this regard we will speak.  She is able to know and  understand that many difficulties are tied to feeling disapointed, observing and feeling critical about the realtionship she is currently in.  She feels in  harmony with other men whom she has befriended and this has left her feeling uncertain and unaware of her own beings capacity to create the love realtionship she  wants in current relationship.  This is what we know.  We know she is young in her heart, needs experience (in world travel feels like more to the point,  carrying out her desires) and knowing more about her being's true worth.  In this regard  she will find the right individual whom she will meet (feels like 3 years) and  therefore reach the ultimate knowing that her love realtionship has come.  In other words you will KNOW (without ambivalence) when you have met your soul mate.
