I keep having dreams about my ex-boyfriend from high school.  He married a good friend of mine, and it tears me up.  I  wake up depressed about this over and over.  Why can't I forget  about him and move on?  Thanks,  Cindy

 

I am sorry to hear about your turmoil.  My intent is to bring you clarity.   Let's see what the guides state:

You are correct to want a dream of love.  You feel bereft as though 
you have missed out, when in fact nothing has been missed.  We suggest 
you open to the possibilities of many different relationships that are 
beneficial to you.  We also suggest focusing your thoughts on allowing 
yourself to feel free and available.  It is not to "forget" that is 
the answer, but to remember you can acquire what you want.  You are 
forgetting this fact, you can have what you want.  So focus in on 
affirming to yourself, I can have the relationship that I want,  You 
will be surprised at how this thought can transmit energy to your 
being's head and heart and create an opening for you in terms of your 
experience.  That is the correct way.

Why do I have a phobia concerning the simple and non-evasive
procedure of getting my blood pressure checked?  I have had this problem for 20
years and it has only become worse.  I was getting my blood pressure
checked before a recent minor surgery and became clammy, pale, and nauseated
until they stopped.  Any information would be appreciated.  Bob

 

Thank you. I appreciate being of service.  Let's see where the root of this issue stems. Here is what the  guides state:

It is not phobia of blood pressure it is thoughts of death 
(suicide energy is present) in that what feels simple, feels like  suicidal undertaking.  It is extreme anxiety for you because of past  life experiment in which there was doctor who was sadist in a camp.  
This camp was concentration camp. (not German) but was a camp for soldiers of the enemy.  There were medical procedures, experiments that occurred on the enemy soldiers.  You were unfortunate enough to be selected out for procedure (getting drug energy) and you were part and parcel experimented upon for experimental drugs (IV use here) so that injections are coupled with suicidal energy and fear based thoughts of being murdered.  What we suggest is to know that you are safe this lifetime and that previous (unconscious) past life situation 
is not happening to you.  We suggest you repeat your safety to yourself over and over again until your mind remembers you are safe.  
Right now your mind (unconsciously) remembers past.

What we see is your counseling skills being more developed.  (got 
engineering energy, let's see what they mean) in that your focus on 
science is also astounding to you in interest, in that you are 
continually amazed by scientific progressions as far as quantum 
physics and the mind.  What we see is (getting hypnotist energy) is 
your being designing a program of (mind control) for the individual to 
practice (self empowerment) to create a mindset of creating and 
manifestation from and with the use of quantum technology.  We see you as 
more inventor than you have allowed your being to progress toward.  In 
other words the engineering energy we see you involved with is the 
technological aspect of quantum and its relationship to 
thought.  This avenue would fascinate you as well as  unite you with the more creative aspects of your personality.  That is the correct way.
