Scorpio and Taurus are the signs that are occupied by The Sun and Moon at the time of the Total Lunar Eclipse. Other than the Sun and Moon and nodal path, planets involved in the magical configuration are Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Chiron. I have not spoken in my writings about Chiron, because it is relatively new to the astrological system of thought, although I have researched and I have found Chiron to be an active influence of great importance. Chiron is the symbol for the wounded healer and is considered to provide a bridge to the spirit world. It orbits between Saturn and Uranus and leads us to the gateway.

It is of great value to make use of the power of prayer, for yourself as well as for our world. Entering into a life on Earth can be identified as a student in a very big school. We are simply here to learn, and hopefully we eventually remember the source from which we come.

I am sure that most of us agree that some of our greatest life lessons are brought to us in our interactions with others, especially those with a life-long commitment.
