We all have heard or spoken of releasing and working through our personal karma that we create in our current lifetimes or that we have brought over from other lifetimes. Many times when we speak on things happening in our lives, we chalk it up to good ole karma. Last week I was talking to a 3 in 1 Concept therapist, March Walker from Flint, MI about karma. I was asking March Walker about how her new year was going. She said one of her new year's resolutions was to work on releasing other people of their karma to her.
A bell went off in my head! Of course! This would make things so much easier on all parties involved. If you think about it;. the souls who owe you karma are constantly trying to pay you back and many times are flubbing it up in their attempts, especially the less evolved souls. This can be very aggravating for all parties involved. And if the karma is not handled correctly, it can grow and move into the next lifetime and the next and so on. Truthfully, there are just people, I do not want to have to deal with in any more lifetimes! So in a way, I was thinking selfishly....by releasing others of their karmic debt to me, I don't have to struggle through the crazy relationships, the trials and tribulations that those souls put themselves and me through in their attempts. Also, I would not be creating more karmic debt between myself and others if I just released everyone and anyone who owed me karma. Surprise! I had never thought of releasing karma from this angle. Some of you may have. I was always concerned with learning my karma, paying it down, righting any wrongs, etc. But now, considering this concept, I want to yell out at the top of my lungs and put it right out there, front and center: "I RELEASE EVERYONE WHO OWES ME A DEBT IN THIS LIFETIME OR ANY OTHER LIFETIME OF THAT KARMIC DEBT". Whew! Now that should take care of it! This should help me as well as them because I also avoid a lot of chaos with others failed attempts at payback. I am at the point in my life, where I really don't care if anyone has wronged me. (That's pretty good for someone with a Scorpio rising!) In the past, I have always thought if someone hurt me, karma would get them. Now, getting paid back, doesn't matter to me. I just wish everyone well. I don't want to waste energy considering paybacks and karmic collections.
I was trying to think of a good example to give you in terms of these thoughts, Let's say you are in a relationship with a mate that owes you for wrongdoings in many lifetimes. But he/she never gets it right. They are constantly creating more chaos in your life while they are trying to learn their lessons and quite possibly cause you a lot of grief in the process too. Consider this...if they can't pay back the karma in this lifetime to you, their soul will reincarnate and find you, only to try again and again to right the wrong. Usually the karma is heavier and harder over the course of many lifetimes together.
Think about the people who are consistency causing you problems, frustration and extra responsibilities. They could actually be trying to pay off their karma. They could be souls trying to find a way to right a wrong from a past life but because of their soul level , make more mistakes and create more karma along the way.
Think for a moment, how wonderful of a gift it would be for your soul to release their soul of their penance to you. It may just be as easy as telling them you release them. But some souls will not be satisfied with just that. So here's where the 3 in 1 Concepts therapy comes in. I have been a client of March Walker's on and off over the yeas, every time I need to work on a stubborn issue. 3 in 1 Concepts came out of California over 25 years ago. For me, it was one of the most effective ways to release karma. The process is quite simple as the facilitator regresses the body, mind and spirit back to the age or lifetime when the offense or issue occurred and then works on a "cure" in present time. Those cures can be meditation, back flower essences, spiritual homework and more.
It takes two people to argue. It take two people to create karma in relationship. But it takes only one person to offer the release of the karma. Then it hit me! How could this be so simple? Duh! There's another word I can use here and it's even simpler....it's the word "forgiveness".
A friend in New Orleans calls this...Car-MA! The drive to forgiveness.
