Meditation for Grounding!

Here is an easy exercise you can do to ground you. It will help you to stay focused and live a more grounded life.

1. Imagine that when you inhale, your breath comes in through the top of your head moves to in between your pelvic bone.

2. As you exhale, the breath goes down through the center of your legs into the earth and moves to the earth’s center. Within this center there is a grounded energy that helps connect you to balance and the vibrations of the earth plane.

When this happens it automatically pulls your soul into your body and grounds you. What this does is it automatically yanks your soul into your body.  Many people have tried this and have felt calmer and clear.  Try this and see what a difference you feel!
