Benefits of Yoga during Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond
This is a Yoga class designed for women who are Pregnant and are interested in how Yoga can help ease the process of pregnancy & childbirth, & make the transition into motherhood an easier ride for all involved.
This is a very gentle, relaxing class that aims to guide you through Yoga postures, breathing exercises & visualizations that are adapted to suit every stage of your pregnancy. We will also use techniques such as self-massage, reflexology & energy work to aid your practice.
During Pregnancy

* Helps strengthen the core muscles that can become weak during pregnancy, e.g pelvic floor, lower back and abdominal muscles
* Helps balance the hormones.
* Helps Mom become present and connected to her new baby.
Yoga has the amazing ability of teaching us the ability to slow down, tune-in, and become mindful of the connection that is happening between a mum & her baby in every passing moment. With the ability to surrender into those moments & let go of the 'to do' list, you give yourself the time & space to get to know not only your baby on a deeper level, but also yourself.
