This Yoga class is designed for Mums & babies who are looking for gentle, yet fun ways to relax and unwind with other Mums & their babies. Babies of 0-24 months are welcome to join in.

 

Mum & Baby Yoga offers a great way to bond with your baby, while making new friends and socializing with other Mums and their little ones. Motherhood doesn’t have to be all work and no play does it? Our goal is to relax and have fun!
