We can fall into the habit of complaining about our relationships, but do we really take the time to evaluate them? Maybe not, because well, we're always right! He or she never listens to ME or does things the way I think is right (the human EGO speaking loudly here!).

A two way street type of relationship, in my definition, is when both partners involved accept each other for the way they are and not the way they want the other person to be. In many cases, we look to the exterior values, being physical or of a material nature. How do they look? What car are they driving? What do they do in life? These values exist only at the surface level. These traits eventually lose all relevance and eventually fade.

Just thought I would give you a quick update. Since your email to me and suggestions I have been opening up to what it is that I desire to do. In the last couple of days it has become much clearer. As I have been meditating and watching and listening, I have been led to start to develop a company that helps develop the "soul of the corporation". If you ask most people what they think of companies they will tell you that they are cold, uncaring, only interested in the bottom line where people are treated like cogs, they are impersonal, greedy and insensitive to the needs of the employees, community, and customers--expect if it can benefit them.
In law a corporation is considered a legal entity--it's its own person, yet it is without a soul. The souls are the people that can infuse life into the corporation. The role of my company will be to work with owners and executives to reach out and develop the soul of their corporation by developing their people--staff, customers, suppliers, and even the community they live in.
There are plenty of consultants, accountants, and coaches that can provide help around the day-to-day operations of the company, but there are few who can truly work to develop the soul of it. That is the path that I am choosing to take. My role will be to help companies and individuals learn to work from their true values, helping to reduce stress and health issues, while building the self-esteem of everyone that comes into contact with the company.
